AddTek started with a simple frustration. Adam had spent years in commercial security and networking and kept seeing the same thing — businesses paying for cheap, badly-fitted systems, or overpaying for kit they didn't need from companies that treated them as a number.
So we built something different. A small, hands-on team based in the West Midlands, focused on doing the job properly the first time. Every quote is fixed and clear. Every install is signed off and tested. And every client gets the same answer when they call: a real person who knows their site.
Today we work with retailers, manufacturers, offices and warehouses across Birmingham, Solihull and the surrounding areas — and the bulk of our work still comes from people their previous installer let down.
